Overlord: Explanations - Minion Tribe: Red

(This based all knowledge I have of Overlord Series and, the ideas and the theories that Overlord Fans have about the Overlord Series. Everything belongs to their respective owners and so please do not sue me.)

Red – The Archers
"Reds aren't particularly hardy, so you mustn't let enemies get too close to them, Sire. But use them in a pack, and that's a different story — a story full of flames and burning and screaming! Ahhh, it's good to have them back, maybe I can get a hot meal now!" — Gnarl

These are the Reds! The Reds are a fiery bunch and most hot-tempered of all the Minions. Reds are your archers sire, they are weaker and less equip able than their brown cousins. However, they have a ranged attack with allows them to throw balls of fire that can be very effective if used correctly. While they are maybe weaker than most Minions are but that does not makes them any less destructive, for power over fire and flames of the Fire Breathing Dragons and Salamanders the flows strongly through their veins. Unlike Brown Minions Reds are more directly relate to Imps, having same devilish humor as the little devils and looking similar in appearance. Reds serve as the ranged support for our other Minions, generally hanging about somewhere high and lobbing fireballs at the hapless peons that try to assault our Overlord. While this minion clan does not boast a large health pool, they possess the invaluable ability to pass through fire and absorb flames. If paired with stronger minions, like browns, then the reds will provide fire support to their fellow minions.

Like the fires that men burn, Reds have a plethora of uses, among these keeping the Forge hot for the Master's use, heating the headquarters, and helping cook the meals. Reds are master chef cooks, sir, the meals they can make is truly worthy for Kings and Overlords, used their power over flames to cook the food nice and tender. Remember sir, Reds used their firepower not only warm your tower during the cold winter nights but also heat forge, without them, you cannot force any new weapons, armor or get hot meal form your kitchens. While most of the other Minions eat what one would normally expect of living creatures, Reds also like to drink oil, eat coal and other flammable materials. They say it helps with roughage…eugh.
